This gentle, non-impact class, designed by the Arthritis Foundation. Participants are led by a trained instructor through a series of specially designed exercises, which use the aid of the waters buoyancy and resistance to help relieve pain and stiffness. Persons with severe joint problems or who have had joint surgery are encouraged to check with their doctor for special precautions.

Meet Ramon Renteria, Marketing/Sales Coordinator
Ramon "Ray" Renteria is our Marketing/Sales Coordinator. Ramon joined our family in 2014, he attended Hennessey High School and the University of Central Oklahoma, with Radio and Television marketing/sales experience we knew he was the best fit to join our team. Meet Lisa Allen, Trainer
lisa@okclighthouse.comLisa Lampton Allen started Instructing Spin classes after recovering from a car wreck in 2010. She saw amazing results in strength, cardiovascular endurance and weight loss even though it was tough at first. Lisa was a member at Lighthouse Sports & Fitness since 2001 and began instructing spin and completed her AFAA Group Exercise certification, Cycling and Personal Training certifications. Lisa’s passion comes also from helping people with handicaps. Lisa has personal trained clients primarily in a warm water therapy pool and her clients are primarily victims of Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke patients, and car wreck victims. Lisa is the Group Exercise Director at Lighthouse Sports & Fitness and she runs a Multiple Sclerosis class weekly and teaches 14 classes a week including Aqua Challenge, Spin/Cycling, Multiple Sclerosis Aqua Therapy and CX Worx Core classes. Lisa is a people person and has great enthusiasm for helping people get fit for a better quality of life and enjoys the friendship aspect most of her job.
